Matzner & Vítek Law Firm, headquartered in Prague, was established in 2024 through the merger of Matzner Legal, led by JUDr. Jiří Matzner, Ph.D., LL.M., and the legal team of JUDr. Jindřich Vítek, Ph.D. Our team of 40 experts specializes in delivering comprehensive services in IT law, criminal law, copyright law, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement, as well as construction and logistics law. We also provide expertise in real estate law, legal consultancy for start-ups, and various other legal domains.
