Ondřej is an experienced attorney specializing in IT/IP law, commercial and corporate law, compliance, and regulation. His clients primarily consist of technology companies of all sizes—from start-ups and small businesses to large corporations.

He leads the Cryptolegal team, which specializes in providing legal services in the field of virtual currencies and DLT technologies. The team has long advised both leading companies and emerging projects in this sector. Practicing law since 2013, Ondřej became a partner at GÜRLICH VÍTEK & PARTNERS in 2022. Following the merger with the Matzner Legal team, he continues as a partner at Matzner & Vítek. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University and also studied international business law at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
